About the Role:
We’re looking for a commercially sharp, hands-on finance leader to take ownership of the end-to-end finance function at Locobuzz.
This role goes beyond accounting, compliance, and financial reporting. You will work closely with the CEO and COO to connect financial performance with business decisions, strengthen financial discipline, improve visibility into profitability and cash flows, and build processes that can scale with the business.

Experience: 7–10+ years post-qualification

What's the Job?




• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS, profitability analysis, and financial modelling to support business decisions.
• Accounting & Compliance: Own financial closures, reporting, audits, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Treasury & Working Capital: Manage cash flows, collections, receivables, payables, banking relationships, and liquidity.
• Strategic & Commercial Finance: Partner with leadership on business planning, commercial decisions, fundraising, investor reporting, and financial performance.
• International Operations & Governance: Oversee overseas subsidiary reporting and compliance while strengthening financial controls, policies, and risk management.
• Finance Transformation & Team Leadership: Drive process automation, ERP improvements, and AI adoption while leading the finance team and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
