Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.
• Create and modify Revit families, parametric components, and BIM content as required.
• Perform Clash detection and Coordination with relevant disciplines to resolve model conflicts.
• Conduct self-QC checks to ensure model accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.




• Prepare 2D drawings, shop drawings, sections, elevations, and schedules from BIM models.
• Update BIM models based on design revisions, client comments, and coordination feedback.
• Manage model files, work sets, and project deliverables using Autodesk Forma (Formerly ACC), and other CDE platforms.
• Complete assigned tasks within project timelines while maintaining required productivity and quality standards.
• Coordinate with BIM Coordinators, BIM Managers, Architects, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely deliverables.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit – Architecture (Preferebly 3+ Years Experience)
• Good understanding of BIM workflows, Architectural Modelling, Documentation, and Coordination.
• Experience creating and editing Revit Families and Parametric Content.
• Knowledge of Clash Detection and Multidisciplinary BI
