Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Pharma Sales specializing in Nephrology and Urology. The AGM will oversee regional sales operations, lead and mentor sales teams, and drive business growth for nephro-uro products. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts and institutional business, and ensuring achievement of revenue and profitability targets. The role also involves market analysis, competitor tracking,



coordination with marketing and medical teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies. Immediate joiners are preferred, and only experienced pharma sales leaders at National Sales Manager (NSM) level are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
• Proven leadership experience in pharma sales at NSM or equivalent senior level, preferably in Nephrology/Urology segments.
• Strong skills in sales strategy, territory management, and team leadership to drive high-performance field operations.
• Demonstrated ability in key account management, institutional sales, and relationship building with healthcare professionals.
• Competence in data-driven decision-making, sales forecasting, and performance monitoring using CRM and reporting tools.
