Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role based in the Mohali district. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce services, generate interest, and schedule appointments for the sales team. Daily tasks include explaining digital marketing offerings, answering basic customer inquiries, and updating call records and lead details in the CRM or tracking system. The role involves following call scripts and guidelines, meeting call and conversion targets, and collaborating with sales and marketing colleagues to support campaign goals. The Telemarketer is expected to maintain a skilled phone presence and provide courteous, consistent follow-up to potential clients.

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage prospects clearly and build rapport over the phone.




• Customer Service and Sales abilities to handle inquiries, address concerns, and convert interest into qualified leads.
• Appointment Scheduling experience to efficiently set and confirm meetings for the sales team.
• Comfort using basic computer tools and CRM or lead management systems.
• Ability to meet performance targets and work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Prior telemarketing, inside sales, or call center experience is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or marketing is beneficial.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
