Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Generation Manager. The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospective clients for Khashsoft’s software and IT services. Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets and decision-makers,



building and maintaining lead databases, running outbound campaigns via email, phone, and social channels, and coordinating with marketing to develop compelling outreach materials. The role involves tracking lead performance in CRM tools, analyzing campaign results, optimizing lead-generation strategies, and collaborating closely with sales teams to hand off qualified opportunities. The Lead Generation Manager will also contribute to pipeline forecasting and continuously refine targeting criteria based on feedback from sales and clients.
