Role Description The Client Servicing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The role involves managing day-to-day client interactions, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver events and campaigns as per agreed timelines and expectations. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, supporting proposal development, tracking project progress,



and ensuring that client feedback is captured and addressed promptly.
Qualifications
• Must - prior experience in event company is a must
• Strong client-facing skills, including Client Services and Client Relations, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Ability to create and deliver clear, engaging Presentations tailored to client needs and campaign objectives.
• Basic to intermediate Account Management capabilities, including follow-ups, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced event and marketing environment, including occasional extended hours around major events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in client servicing or events.
