Role Description The Executive Editor Digital role is a full time, on-site position based in Bhopal. This role leads the digital editorial operations for the M.P.–C.G. edition, overseeing daily content planning, commissioning, and publication across web and mobile platforms. Responsibilities include supervising digital editors and writers, setting content priorities,



and ensuring timely coverage of breaking news and key regional developments. The Executive Editor Digital will shape content strategy, optimize headlines and formats for digital audiences, and coordinate with product and SEO teams to improve engagement and reach. The role also involves maintaining editorial standards, monitoring analytics, managing publication schedules, and driving innovation in multimedia storytelling and audience interaction.
Qualifications
• Strong editorial judgment and experience in managing newsroom workflows, with demonstrated skills in Editorial and Content Management.
• Ability to develop and execute digital-first Content Strategy aligned with organizational goals and audience needs.
• Excellent Writing skills with experience in crafting and refining content for Publications across web and mobile platforms.
• Proven experience leading editorial teams, mentoring staff, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration.
