Role Description The Horeca Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This position is responsible for driving sales growth across hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering (HORECA) channels by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing long-term relationships with key accounts. The role involves regular client visits, product presentations, negotiation of pricing and contracts,



and monitoring sales performance against targets. The Horeca Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure product availability, promotional support, and timely deliveries, while gathering market feedback to shape sales strategies and improve customer experience. The role also includes accurate reporting, forecasting, and participation in trade events and industry networks to strengthen Toyo Kombucha’s presence in the HORECA segment.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in HORECA, FMCG, or beverage sales, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills, including experience handling key accounts and negotiating commercial terms.
