Role Description The Property Manager role at FF21 is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangalore Urban. The role involves overseeing daily property operations, including resident check-ins and check-outs, maintenance coordination, and ensuring all facilities and amenities are functioning smoothly. The Property Manager will handle resident inquiries and concerns, support community events and social activities,
and help maintain a welcoming environment in common areas and living spaces. Responsibilities also include supervising on-site staff and vendors, monitoring safety and cleanliness standards, managing basic administrative tasks such as records and reporting, and working closely with management to enhance the resident experience.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid property or facility management skills, including coordination of maintenance, vendor management, and oversight of daily operations.
