Job Overview
APARC – Atharva Planning and Research Centre Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to join its Projects Department in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, preparing technical and financial proposals, managing tender documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of bids.
The ideal candidate should have experience in tender management, proposal preparation, documentation, and e-tendering portals, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and track relevant government and private-sector tenders through online portals and other sources.
• Prepare, compile,



and submit technical and financial proposals in accordance with tender requirements.
• Prepare tender forms, data sheets, annexures, company credentials, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to collect information and clarify tender requirements.
• Maintain tender trackers, submission schedules, databases, and documentation records.
• Assist in preparing bid cost sheets, pricing calculations, budget estimates, and comparative statements.
• Monitor tender deadlines and ensure accurate and timely submission of bids through e-tendering portals.
• Prepare regular updates and reports on tender status, submissions, and outcomes for management.
• Ensure compliance with tender conditions, eligibility criteria, and prescribed documentation formats.

Required Qualifications and Skills
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Planning, Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline. Candidates from equivalent education
