You will align workforce strategy with business goals, foster a culture of innovation,



manage high-performance teams, and drive organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business Partnering & Workforce PlanningPartner with Senior Business Leaders and Executive Management to define and execute human capital strategies aligned with FinTech product roadmaps.
• Drive strategic manpower planning, org design, talent mapping, and succession planning for critical tech and leadership roles.
• Leverage HR analytics and dashboards (e.g., CQR, early attrition, time-to-fill, talent density) to deliver actionable business insights.
