Role Description The Business Development Trainee~~~Remote~~~Ed-Sales role is a full time, remote position focused on driving growth for Bhanzu’s educational programs.



The trainee will engage with prospective learners and guardians through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings, explaining Bhanzu’s offerings and guiding them through the enrollment process. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting basic market research, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and providing timely follow-ups to convert interest into enrollments. The role involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, delivering a high standard of customer service, and meeting defined targets and performance metrics. The trainee will also gather feedback from prospects and customers to help improve Bhanzu’s products and sales processes.
