Job Description – Customer Support Associate (International Process)
Location: Sector 30, Gurugram (Work From Office)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Shifts: Rotational, including Night Shifts
Week Offs: Rotational
CTC : Upto 35K
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle international customer queries and provide effective resolutions.
• Maintain skilled communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Update customer information and maintain accurate records.
• Follow process guidelines and meet quality and productivity targets.
Requirements:
• Graduates/Undergraduates; with 6 months of experience in international Process
• Excellent English communication skills.
• International BPO experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
• Willing to work from the office in Gurugram.
•
Facilities: Cab facility as per company policy and hiring-zone eligibility.
