Role Description This is a full time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Raipur. The Chartered Accountant will manage and oversee accounting operations, including bookkeeping, financial statements, and tax computations for clients. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and filing income tax returns, advising on tax planning, Preparing credit monitoring arrangements (CMA data), preparing project report and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.



The role also involves supporting clients with financial structuring for fundraising, reviewing financial documents for accuracy, and providing insights to improve financial performance. The Chartered Accountant will collaborate with legal and financial professionals, interact directly with clients, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Applylegal.com’s service offerings.

Qualifications
• Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid certification and registration.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory compliance relevant to Indian businesses.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing bookkeeping, and handling audits.
• Demonstrated ability to file income tax returns, support tax planning, and manage direct and indirect tax matters.
