Role Description The Senior Laboratory Technician will work full time on-site at the Lupin Diagnostics laboratory in Jalna. This role involves performing and overseeing routine and specialized laboratory tests, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring strict adherence to established protocols and quality standards.
The technician will validate test results, assist in troubleshooting analytical issues, monitor quality control data, and help implement corrective actions when needed. Responsibilities include supporting junior technicians, maintaining accurate documentation and records, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with clinical and operations teams to deliver timely and precise reports.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust laboratory skills, including experience working as laboratory technicians and handling routine and specialized diagnostic procedures.
