Role Description The Performance Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and display to drive qualified leads and brand awareness for DMC Immigration. Daily responsibilities include managing paid advertising budgets, monitoring campaign performance,



analyzing data, and generating reports to improve conversion rates and return on ad spend. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align campaign messaging with immigration services, conducting A/B tests, and identifying current growth opportunities. The specialist will consistently track market trends and competitor activities to refine performance marketing strategies.
