• Consult with clients to understand the lash style they want
• Apply individual lash extensions using safe, hygienic technique
• Customise length, curl and thickness for a natural or dramatic finish
• Work with precision and accuracy, to industry standards
• Keep clients comfortable and relaxed through the appointment
• Explain aftercare and maintenance so sets last as long as they should
• Keep a clean, organised station and follow strict sanitation protocols
• Stay current with lash trends, techniques and products
• Suggest refills and services that fit the client's routine
• Work with the wider team to keep appointments running smoothly
What You Need
• Certification and proven experience as an eyelash extension technician
• Strong knowledge of lash techniques, materials and styles (classic, volume, hybrid)
• Excellent attention to detail and a precise, steady hand
• Patience and care with clients during long appointments
• Commitment to hygiene, isolation technique and eye safety
