Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Executive (Hard Bucket), based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves managing collections from accounts in the hard bucket category, including follow-ups with customers through field visits and phone calls to ensure timely recovery of overdue payments. The Collection Executive will negotiate and arrange payment plans, update collection records,



and report daily and weekly collection status to the branch and regional teams. Responsibilities also include coordinating with legal and recovery teams for escalated cases, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines, and maintaining skilled conduct with customers. The role requires consistent field work, accurate documentation, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to achieve collection targets.
