• Role: Semiconductor / VLSI Recruiter
• Experience: 5+ years
• Location: Bangalore
• Work Mode: Work from office of Neurealm (5 days/week)
• Compensation: Fixed pay + performance-based incentives

Skills required:-
✅ Strong experience in VLSI Design Verification and/or Semiconductor recruitment
✅ Excellent communication and client-facing skills
✅ Ability to understand client requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines
✅ Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
✅ A result-oriented professional with a proactive, go-getter attitude
✅ Ownership, accountability,
and the drive to achieve recruitment targets
