Position: Payroll Analyst

Job Description
We are looking for a Payroll Analyst who will be primarily responsible for independently managing all day-to day payroll activities of US Payroll including co-ordination with the key internal teams as well as external payroll vendor to ensure an accurate and timely payroll on periodical basis. In this role, your responsibilities will include collecting and reviewing employee information and working hours, calculating wages, preparing and processing employee payments, and maintaining accurate payroll records. This role will also need to expand your knowledge on payrolls outside of US and will be expected to process payrolls in APAC and EMEA countries in the long run.

Job Responsibilities:
• Should strongly possess prior US payroll experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Should be able to interpret the data received from various sources and identify special causes for accuracy of information.
• Manage all payroll related queries.




• Responsible for accurate and timely processing of all activities related to US payroll.
• Partner with HR and other internal teams to ensure coordination of payroll information for Bi-Weekly US Payroll processing.
• Will be responsible to run/extract timesheets, auditing and finalizing the exception time entries to be processed on payroll.
• Should be good at Microsoft Excel
• Will be required to cross-train internal resources as needed.
• Identify opportunities and ideas to streamline the payroll process to make it more productive. • Ensure confidentiality of employees’ pay records.
• Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes in the prescribed formats.
• Responsible for providing necessary information and explanations for internal and external auditors as and when required.
• Maintain communication and strong relationships with external and internal teams.
