About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, creative and result-oriented Cluster Manager – Marketing to lead marketing initiatives across multiple locations. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to drive footfall, enhance brand visibility, strengthen customer engagement and support retail sales across properties.

The role requires strong expertise in mall marketing, event management, brand partnerships, digital marketing, campaign execution and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing strategy & brand positioning for multiple properties
- Develop and execute annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Drive cutting-edge campaigns to increase mall footfall, customer engagement and brand awareness.
- Plan seasonal campaigns, festive celebrations, shopping festivals and promotional activities.
- Develop location specific marketing strategies based on catchment insights and customer demographics.
- Conceptualise and execute engaging mall events,



experiential marketing campaigns and family-oriented activities.
- Manage event calendars, budgets, vendors, production agencies, and on ground execution.
- Explore collaborations with internal & external agencies
- Build strong relationships with retail brands and marketing teams to drive joint marketing initiatives.
- Plan and manage outdoor advertising, print media, mall branding, signage, and other media requirements.
- Execute local area marketing initiatives through RWAs, residential societies, corporate partnerships and community outreach.
- Coordinate with agencies, production houses, event partners and vendors
- Track key marketing metrics, including footfall growth, campaign reach, engagement, event participation and budget utilisation.

Qualification
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably
