Established over two decades ago, the Club has built a solid reputation for its exclusive membership, quality hospitality, recreational facilities and event hosting capabilities. With 75 guest rooms, multiple banquet halls, expansive lawns and dining facilities, the Club caters exclusively to members and generates hospitality revenues from weddings, social gatherings and corporate events. The Club continues to invest in upgrading its facilities and enhancing the member experience, while focusing on sustainable revenue growth and profitability across its operations.

Job Purpose
• To provide overall leadership to the Club, balancing member satisfaction and engagement with hospitality revenue and profitability.
• To drive membership growth, strengthen the Club's reputation, and enhance the experience of existing members.
• To maximise revenue and operating performance across accommodation, food and beverage, banquets, lawns and events.
• To build,



lead and motivate a large team, fostering accountability, employee engagement and a service-oriented culture while developing future leaders.
• To ensure high standards of service, operational efficiency, financial discipline and team performance.
• To oversee facility upgrades and optimise the use of Club spaces while preserving its exclusivity and long-term positioning.

Key Resposibilities
• Club Operations & Member Experience: Oversee Club operations, ensuring high service standards, member satisfaction and retention while preserving exclusivity.
• Revenue Growth & Commercial Performance: Drive revenue and profitability across accommodation, food and beverage, banquets, lawns, weddings and corporate events.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, operating costs, cash flows and capital expenditure, ensuring financial discipline and achievement of business targets.
