About the Role
Boston Institute of Analytics is seeking an experienced and proactive Legal Officer to manage litigation, corporate legal matters, contractual documentation, and legal risk across the organisation.

This is a litigation focused in-house role.



It requires strong practical experience in civil and criminal law, legal drafting, dispute resolution, and court procedure, along with close coordination with external counsel and statutory authorities. The ideal candidate brings sound legal judgment and excellent drafting skills. They will independently manage legal matters while supporting senior management with clear, commercially aligned advice.

Key Responsibilities

Litigation & Dispute Management
· Manage civil, criminal, and commercial litigation involving the organisation, from initial assessment
through hearings, appeals, and resolution.
· Draft, review, and finalise petitions, pleadings, affidavits, applications, written statements, and other court documents.
· Attend court proceedings, coordinate with external counsel, and represent the organisation before courts, tribunals, and statutory authorities wherever legally permissible.
· Coordinate with external advocates, law
