Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Site Head to lead real estate sales operations at our East Pune location. The candidate will be responsible for managing the site sales team, driving revenue, achieving sales targets, coordinating with developers, handling channel partners, and ensuring smooth day-to-day site operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the overall sales operations at the assigned real estate site in East Pune.




• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Manage, motivate, and monitor the performance of sales executives, team leaders, and other site personnel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, brokers, and property consultants.
• Monitor walk-ins, site visits, customer inquiries, lead conversion, bookings, and closures.
• Drive channel partner engagement and generate business through new and existing networks.
• Handle high-value customers, negotiations, and critical sales closures.
• Coordinate with marketing, presales, CRM, and operations teams to ensure effective lead management and customer experience.
• Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences in East Pune.
• Ensure proper follow-up with prospective customers and timely resolution of customer concern
