Role Description The Event Coordinator - Interns role is a full time, hybrid position based in Navi Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks.



The role involves planning and coordinating coaching events, workshops, and certification-related activities, ensuring smooth logistics, schedules, and participant communication. The Event Coordinator will manage registrations, support event marketing efforts, handle inquiries from attendees and partners, and maintain accurate records of event details and feedback. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, preparing event materials, assisting with on-site setup and coordination, and providing post-event support and reporting. This position offers hands-on experience in event management within a dynamic coaching and leadership development environment.
