Job SummaryWe are looking for dedicated and passionate culinary professionals to join our kitchen team. Candidates should have relevant experience in their respective sections, a strong understanding of food preparation and hygiene standards,



and the ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Chef de Partie (CDP) – Hot Section• Manage the daily operations of the hot kitchen section.
• Prepare and present dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Monitor food stock, minimise wastage, and ensure proper storage.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

2. Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) – Hot Section• Assist the CDP in managing daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare and cook dishes as per the menu and standard recipes.
• Support the supervision and training of Commis and other junior staff.
• Ensure proper mise en place before service.
• Maintain cleanliness, food quality, and portion consistency.
