Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer specializing in Men’s & Women’s Wear, with experience in Streetwear, Activewear, Sportswear, and Athleisure.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of current fashion trends, fabric selection, garment construction, and end-to-end product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop men's and women's collections across streetwear, activewear, sportswear, and athleisure.
- Create designs for T-shirts, joggers, shorts, track pants, hoodies, sweatshirts, leggings, crop tops, and other casual and performance apparel.
- Research fashion trends, market demands, colours, prints, silhouettes, and styling.
- Develop mood boards, design concepts, sketches, and seasonal collections.
- Select suitable fabrics, trims, colours, and accessories.
- Prepare technical packs, garment specifications,
measurement charts, and size charts.
- Coordinate with sampling, merchandising, and production teams.
- Review samples, fittings, and garment quality to ensure design accuracy and product standards.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in streetwear, activewear, sportswear, athleisure, or casualwear.
- Experience in both men's and women's apparel design.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, fitting, and product development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar design software.
- Ability to create technical sketches, tech packs, and design presentations.
- Good understanding of fashion trends, market research, and commercial design.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant men's and women's apparel designs is preferred.
