Role Description The Health Agency Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Navi Mumbai,



responsible for driving growth and performance of the health insurance agency channel. The role involves recruiting, onboarding, and developing agency partners and intermediaries, providing regular training on health insurance products, compliance, and sales practices, and supporting them in meeting sales and service targets. The Health Agency Manager will monitor key performance metrics, design local sales and marketing initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as underwriting, operations, and claims to address agency and customer needs. Daily responsibilities include field visits, pipeline reviews, performance coaching, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
