Role Description The ADL Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad,



responsible for managing and overseeing Analytical Development Laboratory activities. This role includes planning, supervising, and reviewing analytical method development and validation for pharmaceutical products, ensuring adherence to regulatory and cGMP requirements. The ADL Manager will coordinate with formulation, production, and quality teams, monitor laboratory workflows, and ensure timely completion of projects and studies. Responsibilities also include maintaining laboratory documentation, supporting audits and inspections, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and training and mentoring laboratory staff. The ADL Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support tech transfer, stability studies, and product registration activities.
