Key Responsibilities
• Edit high-quality political campaign videos, speeches, interviews, reels, and promotional content.
• Create engaging short-form and long-form videos for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
• Lead and mentor junior video editors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, and campaign strategists to execute creative concepts.
• Ensure all videos align with campaign objectives, branding, and messaging.
• Add motion graphics,



subtitles, sound effects, transitions, and color correction to enhance video quality.
• Stay updated with the latest political trends, viral content formats, and editing techniques.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines during campaign periods.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure proper backup of all creative assets.

Required Skills
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other qualified editing software.
• Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling, sound design, and visual aesthetics.
• Experience in editing political, news, or campaign-related content is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight timelines.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
