Role Overview: Lead social media and content strategy for Panorama Music and Panorama Studios' South Indian film division. Oversee digital presence across a multi-language portfolio including Hindi, Bollywood, Marathi, Gujarati, Malayalam, and South Indian music/films.

Key Responsibilities:• Strategy & Management: Lead end-to-end social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other key platforms.
• Content & Campaigns: Conceptualize and produce social-first assets (Reels, short-form videos, memes, carousels, stories) for music releases, film trailers, actors, and cultural moments.
• Localization & Trends:



Develop region- and language-specific content strategies while leveraging emerging trends, formats, and digital culture.
• Execution & Analytics: Manage publishing calendars and monitor performance analytics to optimize audience engagement.

Requirements:• Experience: 4-6 years in social media, digital content, or entertainment marketing.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Instagram/YouTube, short-form video storytelling, memes, and internet culture.
• Cultural Awareness: Robust grasp of Hindi/Bollywood music along with interest/knowledge in Marathi, Gujarati, Malayalam, and South Indian cinema.
• Skills: Strong conceptual thinking, data-driven mindset, and cross-team communication.
