We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can drive lead generation, student counselling, relationship building, and enrollments while contributing directly to the company's growth.

Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective students, understanding their career goals, counselling them about relevant programs, nurturing leads, and converting qualified prospects into enrollments.
The role requires solid communication, sales, follow-up, and relationship-building skills along with a strong ownership and target-oriented mindset.





Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
● Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, referrals, events, webinars, and other outreach channels.
● Research and identify potential students and prospects.
● Maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
● Qualify leads based on their requirements, interests, and career goals.

2. Student Counselling
● Connect with prospective students over calls and other communication channels.
● Understand their educational background, career aspirations, and skill requirements.
● Recommend suitable Digimation Flight programs.
● Clearly explain program structure, curriculum, benefits, mentorship, projects, internships, and career opportunities.
● Handle queries and objections professionally.
3. Lead Nurturing & Follow-ups
● Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
● Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead
