Job Overview

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will engage with prospective students and working professionals, understand their career goals, recommend suitable training and certification programmes, and drive enrolments through effective counselling and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and working professionals.
- Counsel prospective learners on technology courses, professional certifications, upskilling programmes, and career opportunities.




- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses based on their career goals.
- Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
- Handle objections, address queries, and guide prospects throughout the admission journey.
- Drive admissions, sales conversions, and revenue generation.
- Achieve monthly enrolment, revenue, and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Build solid relationships with prospective learners and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion and sales performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 0–4 years of experience in inside sales, EdTech sales, B2C sales, business development, or academic counselling.
