Business Development Expert - min 4 yrs exp

Key Responsibilities
• Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, prospecting, referrals, and other relevant outreach channels.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups and clear next steps.
• Connect with business owners,



decision-makers and prospective clients to understand their requirements and business challenges.
• Present relevant marketing, branding, advertising, and creative service solutions based on customer needs.
• Handle objections, communicate value, negotiate commercially, and move opportunities towards closure.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Maintain accurate lead records, pipeline updates, follow-up schedules, and sales reports.
• Work towards defined sales targets and contribute directly to business growth.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.

Senior candidates should also independently manage opportunities, keep the pipeline visible, forecast deals, and take ownership of commercial outcomes.
