The Role

We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Video Editor who lives and breathes social media. Someone who understands Instagram Reels, knows what makes content engaging, and can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping videos.

You should have a strong eye for visuals, a good sense of pacing and storytelling, and the ability to adapt content to different brands, audiences, and platforms.

Beyond editing,



you’ll also contribute to basic social media management, content ideation, and creative execution. If you can shoot high-quality content using a phone, that’s a big plus

What You’ll Do

• Edit engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos, brand films, advertisements, and promotional content.
• Stay updated with the latest Instagram trends, trending audio, transitions, formats, memes, and viral content styles.
• Understand hooks, retention, pacing, and storytelling to create videos that capture attention.
• Brainstorm creative ideas for Reels, social media campaigns, and brand content.
• Add transitions, sound effects, subtitles, motion graphics, and colour grading to enhance video quality.
• Repurpose content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
• Assist with basic social media tasks, including scheduling posts, writing simple captions, researching hashtags and keywords, and maintaining content
