We are looking for a hands-on Social Media & Digital Growth Expert who can grow our digital presence, build an engaged community, generate business leads, and support our marketing and pre-sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities• Social Media Management: Manage Synottic’s LinkedIn and other relevant social media channels, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
• Content Creation: Create compelling posts, carousels, short videos, and other digital content around AI, leadership, learning, and the future of work.
• Content Planning: Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
• Community Building: Grow our audience, engage with followers, participate in relevant conversations, and build relationships with potential customers.
• Lead Generation:
Generate qualified leads through organic social media, digital campaigns, and targeted outreach.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns to promote Synottic’s AI programs, workshops, and services.
• Pre-sales Support: Help nurture prospects, coordinate follow-ups, and support the conversion of leads into business opportunities.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor reach, engagement, website traffic, and lead generation. Use insights to improve results.
• AI-Powered Marketing: Use AI tools to improve content creation, research, campaign execution, and marketing productivity.
• Growth Experiments: Test new content formats, distribution channels, and strategies to increase brand awareness and business growth.
