Role Description The Branch Manager role at CGHFL is a full time, hybrid position based in Bilaspur, with some flexibility for work from home. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations, including managing the sales and customer service teams, ensuring smooth processing of home loan applications, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include driving branch-level business growth,



meeting sales and portfolio quality targets, and building strong relationships with customers, local partners, and other stakeholders. The Branch Manager will monitor performance metrics, guide and coach team members, and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. The role also involves regular reporting to regional leadership and close collaboration with credit, operations, and collections teams.
