Accounts Executive

About the Role

Dream Holidays is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

-Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and financial transactions.
-Handle accounts payable and receivable, including payment follow-ups.
-Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash and bank records.
-Prepare and verify invoices, bills, expense statements, and payment entries.
-Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation, as applicable.
-Maintain ledgers and assist with monthly financial reporting.
-Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and clients regarding payments and accounts.
-Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of financial records.




-Assist with audits, financial closing, and other accounting-related tasks.

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
-Basic to good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
-Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
-Understanding of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
-Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
-Good communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

-Previous experience in an accounts or finance role.
-Experience in the travel, tourism, or service industry will be an advantage.
