Role Description The Event Conference Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Tradepass conferences and related events. This role involves managing event timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination,



as well as liaising with speakers, sponsors, and participants to ensure smooth operations and high-quality experiences. The specialist will support event marketing activities, including promotional campaigns, attendee communications, and on-site branding, while maintaining accurate documentation and post-event reports. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling event registrations and queries, monitoring customer feedback, assisting with sales support for sponsorships and delegate packages, and collaborating closely with internal teams to meet event objectives and performance targets.
