About the RoleWe are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Representative to assist users of our consultation-based application. The role involves resolving customer queries, helping users navigate the app, supporting consultation-related issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to handle customers professionally across different communication channels.

Key Responsibilities• Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, chat, and other support channels.
• Assist users with app navigation, registration, login, wallet balance, recharges, payments, and refunds.
• Resolve issues related to astrologer availability, consultation bookings, missed calls, chat sessions, and call connectivity.




• Guide customers through the consultation process and help them understand app features.
• Handle customer complaints patiently and provide timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical, payment, and consultant-related issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with the relevant teams.
• Help improve customer satisfaction, retention, and the overall user experience.

Skills & Qualifications• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of mobile applications and digital payment systems.
