Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

About the Role
Bon La Vie is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in recruitment activities, including resume screening, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate with candidates and follow up throughout the hiring process.
• Support onboarding and documentation for new employees.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Assist with attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative tasks.
• Support employee engagement activities and other HR operations as required.

Requirements




• Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and gain practical experience in HR.
• Prior HR or recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
