River is a design company building personal transportation for livelihood.

We focus on creating multi-utility products for those independently carving their own path. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure comprehensive documentation of processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices to maintain consistency and compliance




• Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and practices, minimizing resistance and maximizing engagement
• Manage and execute Transformation projects independently for internal stakeholders across the Value Stream . Lead the creation of current and future state value stream maps to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
• Identify opportunities for automation and digital tools to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness
• Responsible for spearheading initiatives to enhance value streams by integrating process excellence methodologies with digital technologies
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency, Implement lean methodologies and create processes and procedures across Value Streams
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to streamline operations, reduce cycle times, and eliminate non-value-added ac
