Job Overview / Job Description :
• Role: Assistant Manager / Manager - Business Development
• Location: Bhopal Branch
• Work Type: Hybrid / Work mandatory in-person reporting and strategy meetings on weekly Basis.
• Timings: Minimum 9 hours Per day (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM) Including Lunch Break, Tea/ Coffe Breaks , Sunday Off.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations & Documentation:
• Maintain, track, and organize crucial sales documents, including Quotations, Proforma Invoices,
GST Tax Invoices, Online E-way Bills, and dispatch records.
• Coordinate seamlessly with Business Head to ensure customer orders are processed and dispatched promptly.
Lead Generation & Client Outreach :
• Drive business growth through outbound cold calling, bulk email campaigns, and WhatsApp broadcasting, Social Media Handling on daily basis.
• Manage and optimize company profiles on major B2B portals like IndiaMart, ExportIndia, and TradeIndia to capture, track, and close incoming product inquiries.
• Share product presentations, digital catalogues, and technical datasheets with prospective clients via email and WhatsApp.
Client Relationship Management & Reporting:
• Function as a direct point of contact for clients, providing timely updates regarding delivery timelines, potential delays, and order fulfilment.
• Consolidate sales data to create weekly and month-end sales performance repo
