About Position:
We are seeking an experienced EMS QA Automation Engineer to join our quality engineering team. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in automation and manual testing with hands-on experience in Python, Selenium, and telecom EMS applications. This role involves validating enterprise-grade network management systems, ensuring software quality, automating test processes, and collaborating closely with development and product teams to deliver reliable solutions for telecom environments.

What You'll Do:
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and manual testing of EMS applications and platforms.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Execute test scenarios and validate application behavior across multiple environments.
• Identify, document, track,
and verify defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot automation failures and perform root cause analysis of test issues.
• Maintain and enhance automation frameworks to improve test coverage and execution efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and product teams to ensure product quality.
• Validate EMS functionalities related to network management and telecom operations.
• Participate in release validation activities and production readiness assessments.
• Develop and maintain test data, test reports, and quality metrics documentation.
• Ensure compliance with software quality standards, processes, and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for test automation and quality engineering processes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, test reviews, and defect triage meetings.
