We are an early-stage startup preparing to launch a mobile dating app competing in the same market as Tinder, Bumble and Hinge.
Our working culture is fast-moving, hands-on and shaped by short decision cycles, evolving priorities and limited resources. We need someone who enjoys this workplace, takes initiative and remains composed and effective when deadlines are tight or plans change.
You will help shape the product, build the brand and bring the app to market. Initially, you will personally deliver much of the work across marketing, content, partnerships and automation. As the business develops, the role may expand to include building and leading a team.
Job Description
You will play a central role in deciding how the app is positioned, how the brand looks and communicates, which audiences we serve and how the product develops to meet their needs.
Working closely with the founding and development teams, you will turn market research, user insights and performance data into recommendations for product priorities, features, onboarding and the overall user experience.
Your involvement starts before launch and continues through ongoing product development and growth.
You will also own the marketing strategy and its practical execution. This includes creating the content and systems needed across websites, social media, YouTube long-form videos, Shorts, advertising, influencer campaigns and partnerships.
Exceptional practical expertise in AI is essential. You must be able to use AI to produce high-quality work independently and build reliable content pipelines and automations. n8n and similar tools should be part of your everyday workflow.
Key Responsibilities
• Shape the product: Research user needs, competitors and market opportunities. Help define the product's value proposition, contribute to roadmap priorities and turn insights into clear feature proposals and briefs.
