Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Mumbai. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank and vendor accounts. Responsibilities include tracking receivables and payables, and other statutory compliances, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The role involves preparing basic financial reports,



coordinating with internal teams and external auditors, and ensuring accurate, timely documentation. The Accountant will also support process improvements in the finance function and uphold company policies and accounting standards.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and ledger management.
• Experience with accounting software Tally Prime, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
• Understanding of TDS, and other Indian tax and statutory compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations, and invoice processing.
• Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and solid organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce & Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from University of Mumbai
