We are now looking for a Marketing Manager (or a sharp Senior Marketing Executive ready to step up) who will own our brand end-to-end and drive it forward.

The Role:
You will be the sole brand lead for TG Developers — the person who shapes how the market sees us, how buyers feel when they walk into a site, and how a 1,000-prospect pipeline turns into booked homes. You will have full ownership of everything marketing.

What You Will Do:
● Project launches: Plan and execute end-to-end GTM for new residential launches — brand positioning, campaign themes, media buying, and on-ground activations.
● ATL campaigns: OOH (hoardings, sites, transit media),



print, radio, and PR — from brief to execution.
● BTL and on-ground: Site branding, experience centres, broker meets, homebuyer events, and channel partner activations.
● Digital marketing: Social media strategy, performance marketing (Meta/Google), email/WhatsApp drips, and SEO/content for brand recall.
● Sales enablement: Produce all marketing collateral — brochures, brand films, walkthroughs, price sheets — to arm the sales team.
● Channel partner marketing: Develop campaigns, toolkits, and events targeting broker/CP network to drive referrals and EOIs.
● Brand and agency management: Brief, manage, and review creative agencies, media vendors, and production houses.
● Analytics and reporting: Track EOI volumes, campaign ROI, conversion rates, and present monthly marketing MIS.
