About The Role
This role requires managing the entire life cycle of digital advertising campaigns in the gaming landscape, working with partners and re-sellers across the APAC & EU markets. It demands a combination of deep Programmatic knowledge, campaign management, technical product knowledge, client leadership and the ability to identify opportunities that drive growth and long-term success for our advertiser client partnerships, while meeting the demands of multiple stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities:
• Build and nurture robust partnerships with re-sellers, agencies and clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery




• Collaborate with the regional/global sales teams to maximize iion's market presence and effectiveness with key re-sellers and agency groups
• Lead partner/client onboarding, training, and platform demos, ensuring complete understanding of platform features and benefits
• Deliver timely and compelling campaign reporting (weekly / monthly) and post-campaign analysis that showcase campaign success and drive future strategies
• Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, ensuring KPIs and client expectations are consistently met in partnership with internal campaign managers
• Gather and communicate client feedback and platform issues to internal product teams to facilitate ongoing platform improvement
• Proactively inform clients of platform updates, new features and up-sell packages (seasonal, festive, major events etc.)
• Utilize market research and intelligence tools to develop insightful proposals and identify future growth opportunities
