Profile: Admission Counsellor
Job Type: Full time
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Roles & Responsibilities• Counsel students and working professionals regarding online UG and PG programs.
• Understand students’ educational backgrounds, career goals, and requirements.
• Explain course details, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and fee structures.
• Generate and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Convert prospective students into successful admissions by providing accurate information and timely assistance.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates and ensure a smooth admission process.
• Maintain records of leads, conversations, and admission status.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.

Requirements• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales, counselling,



or customer relationship management.
• Ability to handle student queries and build positive relationships.
• Target-oriented approach with a willingness to learn.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
