About the role
We are looking for a strategic, business-first marketer who treats paid media as a growth lever, not a campaign-execution function. You will own performance marketing across Google, Meta and other paid platforms, and be measured on incremental revenue, blended CAC and recent-customer growth across our website and retail stores. You should start from the business problem and work back to the channel plan.

Key responsibilities
Strategic growth planning
• Own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy, tied to business goals: revenue, CAC and ROAS.
• Translate business targets into a channel, category and city-level plan with monthly budget phasing and scenario models.
• Map customer journeys and build full-funnel plans; identify growth bets from data, customer behaviour and business needs.

Campaign ownership and execution
• Lead strategy across Google (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube) and Meta (Advantage+, prospecting, retargeting, catalog), extending into programmatic and emerging platforms where they drive incremental growth.




• Take full ownership of budget allocation and media mix for maximum ROI and efficiency.
• Run a structured creative testing framework — hypotheses, test design, kill/scale rules and a learning library — across creatives, landing pages and audiences.

Measurement and attribution
• Own the measurement framework: platform attribution, GA4, media mix modelling and incrementality, and how each drives spend decisions.
• Drive cross-platform attribution analysis to influence spend and customer acquisition strategy. Build predictive and performance dashboards in collaboration with analytics and data teams.
• Ensure signal quality across server-side tracking, Meta CAPI and Google Enhanced Conversions; reconcile platform, GA4 and order data into one trusted view.

Business reporting and cross-functional work
• Present performance and investment recommendations to leadership in business language: what moved revenue, what it
